Assist in the preparation of proposals for new projects.Manage the administration process of the project including preparing templates and standard forms to be used for the projects.Attend site meetings and maintain minutes and records of all project meetings.Prepare and create a database of professional suppliers related to architecture, interior design, engineering, and project management.Coordinate travel arrangements for the project teamControl and manage sub-contractors, suppliers and the like.Manage and coordinate the logistics of materials and equipment to the site.Source specialist materials and suppliers relevant to projects.Refine and monitor the construction programs to ensure the smooth running and the completion of contracts on time.Monitor progress and project costs, and prepare monthly project reports.Upkeep of daily field reports keeping track of the daily activities on site.Coordinate the flow of information between the design team and the contractor.Co-ordinate the handing over of the completed project on completion to the client.Constantly keep up to date and informed on new technologies relating to alternative power, water treatment, and sewerage treatment.Constantly keep up to date and informed on new architectural and interior design trends.Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Secures information by completing database backups.Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.Ensuring all works meet legal requirements and building regulations.
