Happy Selling Associates began as a full service independent representative organization specializing in relationship building which lead to higher sales volume for all. So much of what we do in business (and just about everything else in life, for that matter) has to do with our attitude and how we approach each day. I realized a long time ago that our attitudes and personalities in dealing with people would be instrumental in our successes throughout life. Our excitement and enthusiasm radiated to our friends, customers and fellow sales associates in a way that motivated them to either purchase or sell. But most important, our motto was and continues to be, enjoy what you do, have fun while doing it and just be happy, so I started using the expression, “Happy Selling!” Starting up Happy Selling Associates allows me to be exposed to the kitchen and bath industry’s best of the best in terms of dealers, manufacturers, peers and the design community. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Graff I had the pleasure of creating a profitability structure and programs for our representatives to implement that extended to our dealer network. Innovative distribution programs that were industry firsts that allowed for the dealer to maximize profits all while capturing market share. Leveraging marketing capabilities that only an international company can offer I was able to get amazing coverage both in print media and online social networks having several products go viral.

As Director of Sales and Marketing I was directly responsible for increasing brand recognition in the marketplace, increasing sales of both bath and tile products, company showroom sales, building an independent sales network, social media, marketing and advertising, vendor relations including product selection and new product launches. I also was instrumental in revamping client relations and internal customer service.

Although my official position was National Sales and Marketing Manager I was essentially charged with running the entire North American market including but not limited to; marketing, sales, rep management, internal operations, inventory control, P & L, team building, event planning, branding, social media, customer service...

As Southeast Regional Manager I was responsible for managing all dealer sales for the Southeast United States (Fl, Ga, NC, SC, TN, MS, AL) as well as managing independent reps while building a territory of qualified showrooms and managing project sales.
