Principal Recruiter responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment of polygraph cleared engineering professionals within the Intelligence Community• Responsible for recruiting full-scope polygraphed Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Signals Analysts and various other technology professionals.• Work directly with Sr. Vice Presidents and Program Managers to identify unique staffing needs across multiple programs.

Manage the talent acquisition process and recruiting staff for a small service-disabled, veteran-owned federal contractor. • Responsible for the leadership, design, development, and execution of all recruiting strategies including but not limited to; job board selection, career fair coordination, developing passive sourcing strategies and relationship development. • Conduct weekly recruiting “round-ups” to keep senior management in the loop regarding current open positions and sourcing strategies • Represent Minerva Engineering at various area TAP programs and run a monthly “How to Work a Job Fair” seminar for transitioning military.
