Joe began his career as a Territory Manager with PGG Wrightson Turf, where he honed his expertise in revegetation and hydraulically applied erosion control products. His deep passion for the environmental sector led him to collaborate closely with organizations like the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA), where he provided specialist advice on revegetation and erosion control. This work was instrumental in introducing new hydraulic technologies for challenging terrains during the Christchurch earthquake reclamation efforts.In addition to his hands-on experience, Joe has spearheaded educational workshops focused on hydraulically applied erosion control, dust control solutions, and seed selection, engaging with key government sectors, landscape architects, and civil contractors. His extensive knowledge also extends beyond hydraulically applied technologies, holding a qualification in sports turf management with experience at prestigious venues like St Andrews Links in Scotland and Royal Melbourne in Australia.
