In addition to consulting in other plays such as the Wolfcamp, my main focus since 2009 has been originating prospects in the developing East Texas Kiamichi and Goodland hybrid resource carbonate and black shale play. Cut first core in the play. Multiple pilot holes (including Geochemical and Petrophysical core evaluation) and wells have been drilled in my prospects. I have originated, presented and previously sold two large joint ventures to pursue multiple prospects within my high-graded Kiamichi/Goodland fairway. New Geomark study supports those efforts. In addition to the Goodland, I am also interested in the Skull Creek/Mowry and other Worldwide stratigraphic equivalents. I am currently working on a proprietary approach to a regional Rodessa play within the greater East Texas Basin including a variety of drillable offset, step-out, and well documented exploratory prospects. Corporate entity for Joint Ventures. Originated and managed multiple, multi-million dollar JV's in which I personally generated the prospects; performed the Reserves and Economic evaluations; raised the funds for leasing and drilling; authored and negotiated JV, Operating and other industry agreements; directed and managed the leasing; managed the funds and JV expenditures through Quickbooks; organized and directed Quarterly meetings; worked to cause wells to be drilled; established Credit with Halliburton and other service companies, and hired and managed engineering groups to actually conduct drilling operations. Also have laid out, acquired a tap, contracted and built a gas pipeline, and marketed the gas and condensate. Some East Texas projects which have been organized through Seif are a Shelby County Rodessa discovery, +7,500 net acres acquired along the south flank of Trawick Field in Nacogdoches County (all HBP by another operator), various early projects in Anderson, Cass (Cotton Valley liquids), Cherokee, Nacogdoches, and Shelby Counties, Rusk County multiple prospect JV, Cotton Valley Reef prospects, and Haynesville and Bossier Shale prospects in North Louisiana and East Texas. Chesapeake's first 2 Haynesville horizontal wells in the Shelby trough offset my leases by 467 feet. One prospect was sold by my Client to Chesapeake at a near "all time high", price per net acre.

As an independent contractor and third party consultant, I was responsible for originating and high-grading prospects and introducing this entity to portions of the new Kiamichi and Goodland (Edwards equivalent) oil play within the East Texas salt basin. One prospect was sold to Southwest Energy. I managed the licensing and reprocessing, and also performed the Kingdom seismic interpretation of a substantial 3D dataset. My duties also involved screening outside projects in multiple basins and greater North America. As I Geoscientist, I have always focused upon making money by finding hydrocarbons through reducing risks and believe I have a proprietary approach to "exploratory" plays.

Vice President of Exploration and working Geologist/Geophysicist, Generating primarily Smackover drilling prospects using an integrated approach, incorporating geology, 2-D, swath and 3-D seismic, engineering, and thorough reserve and economic evaluation. High-grading regional Smackover study to include data from all wells. Recommended drilling locations and evaluated drilling wells. Producing property evaluation and economic analyses. A and D work. Review deals throughout the U.S. and some international exposure. Significant involvement in raising industry capital for lease acquisition, seismic purchase, drilling funds, and production acquisition. Largest group acquisition effort was a $100,000,000 bid for an oil and gas company. Worked with entity into 1998.

Working manager, generating prospects, seismic interpretation, evaluating outside projects, directing exploration, drilling, and lease acquisition, primarily in the East Texas Basin. Established acreage positions in active East Texas producing trends, totaling over 45,000 net acres.
