Responsible for a 100 member team that does presentation services for a global firm, which I set up from an Idea to its present reality. Was the sole person responsible for its build-out, recruitment, training, and live production.

Was brought in to help set up a Financial Services team from scratch to its current strength of 150+ people. Later moved on to set up a new and more complex process.

Initially, part of the ‘Line of Business’(LOB) group that was developing a new concept for a budget system. Later moved to be part of the LOB, which defined the business for IBS’s flagship project and was also part of its global sales team. The key highlight of this stint was the development of an exhaustive database for our target market.

Assist to manage 6 different service lines which included online EDGAR (SEC) filing and Desktop publishing.
