I am a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU). I have been working as a Supervisor of Regional Engineering Competence Center (ECC) at Hilti Group since June 2023, where I coordinate between local sales force and ECC back-office engineers across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. My core competencies include employee onboarding, strategic planning, and coordination.In my current role, I manage tasks and resources across multiple market organizations within the META region, ensuring quality and efficiency of engineering services. I also identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance technical competencies of the engineers, as well as evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve engineering practices. I assist project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders by offering troubleshooting expertise, guidance, and technical support. I work closely with engineers to identify emerging trends and technologies that could be implemented to optimize modular support systems, using Hilti proprietary software. I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability. I value collaboration, diversity, and learning, and I enjoy working with different Hilti departments and countries to achieve shared goals and objectives. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak English, Arabic, and French, and I have a background in retail sales and application engineering.
