My background is in corporate finance usually heading financial teams for mid- sized corporations or divisions of large companies. As a Controller or Chief Accounting Officer I have directed general financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, internal audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, IS, and customer service groups. My experience includes mergers and acquisitions, human resources, purchasing, and process improvements. My focus has been to provide stabilized financial reporting integrity, strong budgeting and analysis and financial teams that provide added value to the business. Currently my focus is family, travel and community service.
