The Pangea3 business was acquired by EY in 2019, and is now part of the broader EY Law business. At EY, I continued to managing a global team of legal process/technology specialist with expertise in the legacy Pangea3 business. Simultaneously, I am worked to integrate the Pangea3 services and solutions with the >2,000 practicing lawyers EY employs in its global law firms.

As Global Director at TRLMS, I work out of Pangea3's Manhattan headquarters. From there I manage a global team which counsels our law firm and corporate clients on how best to leverage the over 1,000 talented, full-time attorneys at Pangea3 -- based in India, Europe and the United States. When used correctly, Pangea3's attorneys become a force multiplier for our clients' legal teams, allowing them to efficiently tackle high-volume, repeatable legal task associated with complex litigation, M&A, contract management, and global risk management/compliance (all at a small fraction of the cost of traditional legal providers).As Director of Innovation for Thomson Reuters’ Corporate segment, I partner with innovators inside and outside of the enterprise (i.e., law firms, legal technology startups and corporate counsel) to execute the TR innovation strategy and facilitate strategic projects with the potential to drive organic growth. Projects include: running ideation and innovation campaigns and challenges, defining and funding collaborative research opportunities, advising on and performing proof of concepts, and developing and leveraging relationships for co-creation with customers and industry partners.

As Chief Revenue Officer of NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), I am charged with developing, implementing, and overseeing the strategic revenue goals for the company. Focused on market growth opportunities, I lead the company’s business development initiatives, and related customer service operations -- designed to provide law firms and corporate clients with cutting edge alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.
