What a whirlwind! I got to create and lead the global delivery of the IT innovation programme / corporate accelerator work-stream for Rolls-Royce Globally, using a blend of programme, project, change and stakeholder management methods and every human centric design method (including design thinking) we could find. I've never achieved as much in such a short space of time:• Engaged and educated over 1800 internal / external stakeholders on the benefits of using human centric design, cutting edge technology and agile delivery to overcome barriers and enable a digital first culture• Created an innovation framework, strategy, operating model, policy, process and governance board that fostered international and multicultural working• Set targets, metrics and key performance indicators that encapsulated all of the key inputs and outputs; resulting in a well managed and sustainable programme • Guided and supported the investigation of emerging technology’s using horizon scanning• Mentored and coached business and technology professionals on embracing digital• Worked closely with the IT Security teams to ensure innovations were secure by design• Delivered the first Rolls-Royce Innovation Lab and Operating Framework within 4 months• Delivered 100 Design Thinking Workshops, 13 Incubator projects using Lean Start-up and 4 agile delivery projects in just 12 months• Replicated the innovation lab globally with adjustments made for locality • Labs opened up to STEM activities and work experience• Executive and Board commendation of the programme

Role Summary: Accountable for determining, delivering, supporting and protecting all physical and online transactions of a leading European extreme sports retailer. Fast paced role which transformed the business to meet the growing demands of the digital age using ecommerce and a verity innovative capabilities.
