The role included welcoming guests onto the resort by boat and helicopter.+ One of only 6 members of workers to be kept as key workers during the 2020 Covid Pandemic as an all rounder of the Lodge.+ Given responsibility of managing the day to day operations of the restaurant and bar, focusing on orders, rota management and stock rotation.+ Learning all things wine from a light Central Otago Pinot Noir to a buttery Chardonnay in Aucklands Kemeu River.

Having worked a number of different roles in Australia over 2 years, I was able to travel through this extremely vast and diverse country. From pizza chef to valet driver and barista this country allows you to do anything that you put your mind to.+ Quickly adapting to a number of very different roles in a short space of time to deliver effective results and service.+ Promoted to a customer facing valet driver role in the Whitsundays Islands displaying punctual, presentable and approachable skills.+ Taken on the leadership role during farmhand positions responsible for 10 other workers as well as providing a safe form of transport to and from work.

Managing the flights of all European group bookings of 8 or more people. Working closely with airlines such as British Airways and EasyJet to provide flights to accompany our golf and accommodation packages.A sales and service role which includes dealing with initial flight enquiries, providing quotes and after sales amendments and administration.Over the first year the flight department saw income, bookings made and golfers booked on flights treble year on year proving fantastic growth.

Golfbreaks.com was formed in 1998 and is Europe's specialist golf travel company, organising golf days, breaks and holidays for more than 400,000 golfers a year in the UK, Europe and worldwide.As an Account Coordinator my role was to provide support within the sales process of golf break bookings. This included the management of key operational services ranging from air, ferry and Eurotunnel bookings through to partner/supplier liaison, overseas transfers and car hire confirmations.Responsible for groups ranging from 8-100 people I was the sole point of contact for all amendments, balance chases and feedback from clients.

TRL Limited - The UK's leading transport research organisation. Data entry and video analysis of TRL projects. Accurately collating information and entering it on to a central computer database.Recruitment of participants for road safety trials. Part of the trials team assisting participants as well as gathering verbal and writen feedback from each trial.

Organisation at Head Office of pro-celebrity golf tournaments across various golf venues in the UK.Over a period of 6 years, I worked with the golf team to raise substantial amounts of money for childrens medical research.My summer placement in 2011 gave me the opportunity to take personal responsibilty for organising summer charity golf events.
