Responsibilities included valuation, due diligence and integration planning.-Collaborated with Timing Device Business on reseller agreement and $8 million investment with start-up MEMS oscillator company, SiTime. $8M investment resulted in $1.9M gain for Knowles after sale of SiTime to MegaChips.
