I manage the delivery of numerous programmes at Visionpath designed to inspire, hire and coach ambitious school leavers as they navigate their career path. This includes managing programmes designed to up-skill students and candidates whilst supporting businesses hiring their future workforce. Whilst overseeing the various programmes we have, I am also responsible for creating, hosting and presenting engaging careers campaigns to our candidates and regularly deliver mentor/coaching training to our client base.I have managed numerous hiring programmes which navigate the end to end candidate experience, from initial candidate engagement through to onboarding the successful candidates into the business.

My role is to create and manage the day to day delivery of transformational careers programmes unlocking skills and development opportunities for students and employers.These programmes provide an opportunity for students to develop their skills and work experience whilst gaining access to opportunities which will shape their future careers in a wide range of industries.

Assistant coach to the Cambridge University 1st team. Lead the planning, training and coaching of the team alongside the Manager of the squad.

Youth Development Coach working as both the U10's coach within the academy and as manager of one of the college scholarship teams who are aged 16-18.As well as this I work within the community side of the club as a coach in a number of different roles.
