As a group lead at Polaris Industries i was responsible for all aluminum welding, piloting new and upcoming parts and fixtures, steel and aluminum wash operations, and departent rework. I had to evaluate employees for performance reviews, and communicate and enforce policy. I had to achieve department goals in Quality, Performance, and Safety by developing standard operating procedures, and utilize lean manufacturing to reduce down time in production and inconsistancy in quality.
