Outbound marketing responsibilities including product roadmaps, competitive analysis, financial models, and channel management for Trimble Geospatial's survey, mapping, and scanning office and cloud software products like Trimble Business Center (TBC), Trimble RealWorks (TRW), and Trimble Clarity.

Product advocate and evangelist for Trimble Business Center (TBC) and Spectra Survey Office (SO) survey office software. Managed day-to-day product development with engineering teams; lead worldwide Beta program; promoted and hosted product webinars, documentation, and learning resources; engaged with channel partners in education, training, and promotion; led in-person and online training sessions.

Provided technical support and troubleshooting to distribution partners and end users for Trimble's Geospatial Products, such as Trimble Business Center and RealWorks office software, Access and Aerial Imaging field software, VX and S-series total stations, R-series GNSS receivers, V10 imaging rover, TX5 and TX8 laser scanners, UX5 aerial imaging units, and all legacy Trimble Geospatial products.Additional responsibilities included assisting the Trimble Training group with content development for manuals, student guides, and tutorial workflows and providing dealer, military, and end-user Geospatial product trainings.

Worked as a Surveyor on Walsh Construction's Ohio River Bridge - Downtown Crossing project. Tasks included computing and modeling cable-stayed bridge towers, site features, alignments, roadway modeling, and surfaces with Autodesk Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Bentley Microstation, and Bentley Inroads; analyzing mobile LiDAR jobsite data with Microstation and the Certainty 3D TopoDot plug-in; collaborating with project designers with Bentley ProjectWise; providing construction layout and field positioning with Trimble Access and SCS900 software with R10 and SPS985 GNSS rovers and SPS930 and S8 Total Stations; and assisting with the installation of GNSS systems onto a barge and drill rig crane attachment with Trimble's HydroPro software. Field work on land included setting and verifying site control; completing GPS site calibrations; designing an access causeway into the Ohio River; completing original ground topo and designing grading plans for multiple laydown and staging yards; positioning drilled shaft casing oscillator machine; staking roadway and bridge features such as electrical utilities and barrier wall; and providing check survey for subcontractors and other surveying firms on-site.River work included setting up and measuring control for LiDAR scan, layout for drilled shaft templates, structural rebar, plinth, and tower lifts; positioning barges for soil borings and drilled shaft template installations; and as-builting tower lift corners and computing adjustments based on designed camber positions.

Worked in the Survey Department at O'Hare International Airport on both south and north airfield O'Hare Modernization Program projects. Tasks include modeling site features and finish grade surfaces in Autodesk Civil 3D for integration into Trimble SCS900 tablet software; creating machine control files for Trimble, Leica, and Topcon systems integrated into Gomaco, Caterpillar, and John Deere equipment; assisting in dowel bar inserter (DBI) paving operations on Gomaco pavers and verifying dowel bar locations through MIT scanning and processing; managing field survey operations such as lay-out and As-Builts; processing work orders into an As-Built drawing deliverable; and completing the RFI submittal and distribution process. Worked in a traditional Project Engineer role in the Project Management track at Walsh's U.P. Metra North Line rail bridge rehabilitations in the Ravenswood neighborhood and in the Heavy Highway/Civil Group's Estimating Department before arriving at O'Hare in January 2012.
