As Managing Partner of Water Street Partners, Joe is responsible for all aspects of the company including sourcing and managing investment opportunities, raising equity for its private funds and curating relationships with institutional equity partners. Water Street Partners is a Twin Cities based real estate investment company focused on delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns to its investors and partners by aligning all interests and leveraging its expertise and relationships to carefully evaluate each opportunity.

In my current position I work on the development of commercial properties throughout the country in the retail and senior housing sectors. I perform site selection and analysis, development feasibility, and work with city officials on the development of the project. I also underwrite the acquisition of potential commercial properties for our company's portfolio. Through this I create cash flow models showing various returns for different investment opportunities.

Graduated in May of 2010 with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in corporate finance and real estate.

Construction Volunteer in Southern Chile for 6 months. Built five houses, three of which were two stories and had full utilities. The other two were emergency housing built in Casablanca Valley outside of Santiago. During the 6 month stay I lived with 24 girls in a girl's home and took the responsibility in seeing they were cared for.
