-Takes responsibility of the job end to end, removing barriers and resolving a variety of issues, supporting non fluid activities and driving the delivery build of the Openreach network.-Represents Openreach and its interests at site meetings, liaise with stakeholders (e.g. customers, local authorities, civils contractors) and other relevant parties to ensure that optimum service delivery is achieved. -Proactive with sourcing alternative cabling routes when faced with inaccessible or traffic sensitive duct routes.-Undertakes quality of works checks in accordance with relevant work specifications and initiate correction of all defects prior to commissioning of the site.-Provides coaching/mentoring, support and guidance to ensure that the workforce comply with contractual standards/quality standards -Ordering of products that deliver the Openreach network in line with agreed timescales and costs. -Ensure compliance of the end-to-end build process, conducting on-site quality/safety audits as required, with the authority/responsibility to stop works which are non-compliant.-Act as a subject matter expert by maintaining and improving knowledge and provide quality guidance on fibre build solutions to other Openreach business units.-Undertake root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems and assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives -Support the resolution of high level or complex complaints as required to gain an appropriate outcome. -Co-ordinate any changes from original job packs to ensure that the customer requirement is delivered.-React to changing priorities to meet customer and commercial requirements. -To provide desktop and field solutions for all aspects of fibre build works. -Complete all mandatory and regulatory compliance training within required timescales. -Ensure that BT Code of conduct is fully adhered to at all times.

- End to end provision of Ethernet circuits, utilising the Single Fibre Network.- Providing fibre to all types of businesses, data centres and cell sites.- Undertook all aspects of fibre jointing, including blown fibre.- Fibre testing and faulting using an Exfo OTDR- All types of exchange connectivity, in particular the running and terminating of internal fibre cables via OFR,OCR,ODF and cable chamber. - Civils avoidance

- Responsible for building the FTTP Network from Aggregation Node through to CBT- End to End Testing using OTDR/Power metre- Light cabling/Hand Rodding and Civils avoidance- In Life Changes to amend cable re-routes, moving of equipment and amend Fibre Node Configuration (FNCs)

- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the D-Side copper network, both Underground and Overhead.- Tasked with identifying high faulting nodes and bring them up to the desired quality standards.- The repair and replacement of existing copper distribution points. - Changing over damaged and faulty cable sections.- PCP work for copper provision tasks.

- Responsible for a portfolio of clients on Debt Management plans.- Ensuring monthly payments are maintained and affordable inline with customers income and expenditure.- Conflict Resolution- Subject matter expert (IVA's/Debt Mangement plans/DRO/ Bankruptcy)
