BHP Corporate Finance joined Translink, the global mergers and acquisitions advisory specialist, in 2019. Having collaborated on an increasing number of successful projects and developed a close working relationship with Translink colleagues across the globe, BHP Corporate Finance rebranded to Translink Corporate Finance in 2023.

As an Executive within Corporate Finance my role is varied, this includes M&A research, M&A advisory, data analysis, financial forecasting and financial due diligence. Alongside this I am a certified member of the ICAEW.

Following my university studies, I worked for 6 months in each of the Corporate Tax and Audit & Accounts departments at BHP. This allowed me to work with many colleagues across the firm, my roles included: - Producing/reviewing tax computations- Tax due diligence on M&A- Liaising with HMRC - Producing working papers and stat accounts- Auditing professional practices and NFP organisations

During my university studies I was provided with the opportunity to work at BHP Corporate Finance. The role was varied, mainly focusing on M&A research, data analysis and general support for the rest team across the Sheffield and Leeds offices. Notably, I was involved on the disposal of Whirlowdale Trading Company to industrial services and supplies business Scott Group.
