Over the last 14 years I've been in charge of both our office and warehouse networks. Including domain controller management, exchange server management, desktop and server support including software and hardware troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of implementing a cloud antivirus solution for the office and warehouse. Firewall including Spam firewall administration.Knowledge of DNS, WINS. Server room setup including the setup and maintenance of switches, routers, patch panels and UPS Systems. Voip phone system experience and management. Office security and management experience. Microsoft Office suite support for the office and warehouse employees. As well I have been responsible for the operations of the office and warehouse including setup of all our products in the back-end of our website/inventory management system. Managed ordering all software components while working with our various vendors for the best pricing to lower our cost of goods.Communicated with our warehouse crew regarding product assembly needs. Was in charge of all our warehouse and office moves over the years including all equipment relocation, network setup and warehouse racking system removal and assembly while working with Architects, landlords and various service workers to complete each job. Prior to my IT/Operations duties I worked as the the office Facility Manager who's responsibilities included keeping the office functioning on a daily basis by maintaining our office security system and phone system as well as management and repair of our office printers and fax machines. As well I worked with our various T1 vendors with setting up Telecom and Data services at our office and warehouse locations.I started working for IMSIDESIGN, LLC as a Software Production worker then moved up to Shipping manager then became 2nd in charge to the Warehouse Manager.
