As a Research Analyst, I provide support to cutting-edge customer and employee experience projects, bolstered by our proprietary software and years of independent research. My grandfather co-founded Mini Golf, Inc. and my father now serves as Secretary and Treasurer. I have been working for him for as long as I have physically been able to. My tasks have ranged from sweeping up around the shop where the miniature golf courses are built to translating emails and phone conversations for customer interactions. I have worked in both the office and the field, and have experience in nearly every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the company.

I served as the sole collector for three major health insurance providers for Bayada Nurses. My responsibilities include auditing accounts, disputing denied claims with insurance companies, and compiling and correcting documents for client files. Our office processes over $200 million annually.

I created, collected, and graded all homework assignments and tests for Dr. Wargo's economics classes. During the busiest semester I spent as his assistant I was responsible for over 200 students. I made sure all online course information and grades were up to date throughout the semester, and also served as a liaison between the students and professor.
