I co-founded Burns Gym in 2019 with my brother Tony. We quickly wanted to steer our business away from the typical glamour and vanity associated with the personal training industry and more towards the root fundamentals of physical and mental wellbeing. This led us to the care sector and is now the major focus of our business. Due to the unique service we deliver, we have been successful in winning "Scotland's Personal Trainers of the Year" in 2021 & 2022.At Burns Gym, we aim to deliver a high value, cost-effective virtual fitness programme for care operators throughout the UK. We unite care home residents throughout the UK and provide a sense of community while using the latest research to deliver the best possible fitness programme all from the armchair. We have amassed over 1500 pieces of feedback from our clients and score 4.9/5 for client and resident satisfaction. We understand the challenges faced by the care sector in keeping residents active and are armed with the tools to help.
