• Oversee Brickell office attorneys, associates, law Clerks & executive assistants.• Ensure proper trust accounting for incoming & outgoing real estate transactions.• Process disbursements on all transactional matters.• Review, organize, assemble and process all county recordings to various Florida county recording offices.• Maintain all open and closed transactional matters including long-term projects.• Review all incoming real estate contracts, leases & financing/refinance bank requests for accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.• Process all outside vendor requests: lien searches, HOA estoppels, land surveys, state & countywide UCC searches, pull SunBiz reports.• Research discrepancies and errors in county recorded documents.• Facilitate staff meetings.• Attend networking events on behalf of firm.
