I served as a branch manager and residential loan production officer responsible for managing and growing a team of lenders for a community bank located in Saint Charles, IL.

My responsibilities included qualifying individuals for residential and commercial mortgages and other loan products. My specialties include investment, construction, and various other forms of real estate finance. Grew my portfolio Nationally with additional marketing efforts. I also recruited and assisted in the hiring of loan officers, processors, and an underwriter to develop the loan production office. One of the top producers consistently in the department while at TNB.

I established and managed the residential loan division of a new bank that grew into a $200+ million institution. I wrote secondary loan policies that became part of the bank's loan policies. My responsibilities also included loan production, compliance with State & Federal guidelines, loan delivery, and loan servicing. I was a member of several committees including ALCO, Loan Committee, etc. I had $100,000 in loan authority to approve Home Equity Lines of Credit. I managed a group of 10+ loan officers, two processors, and an opener. While at FCB, annual loan production increased from $0 to over $60MM with almost entirely organic production.

I was hired as the Secondary Department Manager and it was my responsibility to start a residential mortgage department. My responsibilities included production, compliance, hiring, as well as being a member of loan committees. I began with only myself as a producer and developed a team of 10+ loan officers, 2 processors, 2 closers, and a clerk. While at SB, the department grew from $0 production to over $100MM in annual loan closings by 2001.
