Joe Cappello is Senior Vice President of Sales of ClimateCraft. Joe has a long record of building successful sales teams with a culture for long term success. Joe brings his industry experience and leadership to meet the goals of the sales department. Joe’s responsibilities consist of managing the sales assets of ClimateCraft including the 75 manufactures representatives in North America, four Regional Sales Managers, and the sales support team comprising of an Inside Sales Manager and 10 sales and applications engineers. Joe is responsible for all sales and information processes in the sales department. Joe plays an active role of the executive management team of ClimateCraft. Joe was President of ClimateCraft for 8 years prior to his appointment as VP SalesJoe spent 21 years with American Air Filter and McQuay (now Daikin Applied). Joe’s positions included Vice President of North American Sales, Director of Sales, Manager of National Account Sales and Regional Sales Manager. Additionally, Joe was Director of Sales for Marlo, a manufacturer of custom air handlers, industrial coils and specialty HVAC products He was Vice President of Global Sales for Trion, a manufacturer of commercial and industrial air cleaning and dust collection products and was President of General Air Systems, a manufacturer’s representative of commercial and industrial products for the HVAC and air cleaning markets. In his early career he had direct sales experience with the Trane Company, Lennox International and American Air Filter. Joe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance from LaSalle University. In addition, Joe successfully completed Officer’s Basic and Advanced Leadership and Management Training while serving in the United States Army. Joe’s military career was three years active duty and 5 years in the Ready Reserve. Joe was a Captain at time of separation. Joe also completed industry training with the Trane Company, American Air Filter and McQuay.
