I work very hard to provide an excellent customer experience when dealing with clients. I am passionate about the knowledge that I have acquired to provide excellent service. I make a strong effort to seek the necessary training, as needed,to provide accurate information.I have worked in different industries from construction, banking, and now accounting. I have a well rounded outlook of the business environment and use the knowledge I've gained from my experiences to be the best I can be. I believe in strong accountability - I don't like passing my work off on other people and when I complete a task, I strive to go beyond the expectation. I hold people accountable for their actions and I am not afraid to ask the tough questions. I believe the status quo should sometimes be challenged; change is sometimes hard, but necessary, and I enjoy being involved in those moments. I like to engage myself in constructive criticism in both receiving and providing. I am not afraid to hear negative feedback as I strive to grow and improve myself. My current and former employers have always told me that I am very devoted to retaining knowledge and providing the best experience possible; not only for my clientele, but for my peers, as well. Customer Service, to me, isn't just about the client experience but also the experience you provide the people you work with.
