Planning, installation/integration and support of all organization technology needs at three annual week long conventions with 2,000-5000 attendees. Including but not limited to, Point of Sale, registration, attendee and staff networking needs and presenter/classroom technology support.

Serving 150+ employees and thousands of annual patrons across eight libraries with support for 400+ workstations in a mixed Windows/Mac/Linux environment. Duties include PC hardware installation and maintenance, support for remote programming, active network health monitoring and support, remote patch management, remote imaging distribution, group policy administration, AWS integration, enforcement of state/federal mandated data security and access policies, real-time inventory tracking, and data backup with verifiable recovery plans across modern and legacy systems.

Provided evaluation, specification, purchasing, installation, training, and ongoing support for small businesses. Systems consisted of both custom and turn-key solutions from Point of Sale (POS) to real-time inventory tracking, scheduling, and online marketing presence (Facebook, Twitter, CMS managed Web Sites). Solutions were hosted 60% in-house with the remaining 40% utilizing AWS and other cloud-based services.

Designed, tested, refined and implemented user experience and user interfaces for uCentral (web and mobile based applications) currently used by medical associations, publishers, universities, and corporations to serve more than 500 healthcare institutions and over 5 million health professionals worldwide.

Spearheaded the development and migration of distance learning applications for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff from desktop publication, to CD-ROM, and eventual Web based dissemination and testing solutions. This content is still used today as required training for US Marine Corps officers worldwide.

Created and managed projects for film and digital entertainment. Clients included Sony Pictures Imageworks, National Geographic, Sierra-Dynamix, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Smithsonian Institution and Consumer reports.
