Manage ITO teams (system and network ) to work on various projects to providing system implementation, lead a team of ITO support consist of 26 members supporting 16 offices and + 1000 Stores ( 3500 + users in HongKong, ShenZhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Macao, Vietnam, Bangladesh)Lead a team of system and network ITO teams to work on various projects to provide system implementation and support to AS400, Window OS and Citrix, supporting 10 Countries.In Charge of all Corporation and APAC projects and lead cross–function project teams providing support at both Corporate and Retail levels.Provide advice and recommendation on IT Infrastructure analysis, IT technology trend, competitive analysis, and best practice in Asia Pacific to Global IT teams on Global / Asia Pacific deployment.Project and vendors management, ensure vendors to provide network and system support and problem resolution and ensure project running smooth and on-timeIn charge of policy writing and all advanced technical deployments Manage customer expectation and monitor project progress Co-ordinate with the application team to achieve the whole project milestone Carry out Offices / Stores opening projects in Hong Kong and APAC Country

Provision of IT infrastructure technical support and project deployment for network in Asia PacificCo-wrote project proposal and developed project execution, staffing, architecture, and capacity plansDevelop test scope and test plans for system acceptance and coordinate for unit test, system integration test and user acceptance test.Prepare system documentations, status report and project plans.Restructure the IT helpdesk team to support offices and storesSystem Administration included Windows 2003/2008 serversTroubleshooting and fixing of hardware/software problems in end users machines, network & printers repairingHealth checks and monitor servers and network performance in multiple sitesMaintain IT system, include programming, system testing, and user acceptance testing and production support of computer systems.Supervision of IT Teams in Taiwan and IT operation of system and telecom services and manage IT resources and team activities in Taiwan and China.
