Responsible for Center Store procurement, merchandising, and category management. Lead a team of six category merchandisers and five buyers with responsibility for replenishment of 17,000 SKU's in one warehouse servicing 600 retailers in the New England Area.

• Direct team of three to four direct report managers, each with their own team of supervisors and individual contributors with a broad range of operational and strategic project based responsibilities, including procurement across seven distributions centers, with $465M in budgeted inventory, as well as fill rates (service level) to major retail chains and independent based customers• Experience in leading teams for Demand Planning / Forecasting, S&OE, S&OP, Learning and Development (training/onboarding), Projects, Procurement Analytics, as well as core operational procurement teams• Led network optimization facility moves of 3.22MM cases ($65MM) in inventory on time and on budget• Spearheaded organization design initiatives to develop headcount savings, increased efficiency and productivity by 20% in core operational procurement• Lead strategic project teams with a focus on continuous improvement across areas such as forecasting (promotional and turn), supplier performance score carding (OTIF – on time and in full, strategic supply chain efficiencies and shared cost savings), impaired inventory resolution and mitigation, lead time initiatives, order parameter improvements (ordering quantities, min/max, LTL or TL)• P&L and budgeting responsibilities, with experience in organizational design, talent and development/career pathing, and leadership development• Presented at company’s first Manufacturer Summit in May 2016 to over 100 sales and supply chain executives from top CPG companies on the topic of Transportation and its impact to sales• Piloted company “Job Swap” program with a 3 month tenure as Director of Transportation (Feb. 2016 through April 2016). Developing sustainable initiatives across departments with a focus on process improvement to drive out costs and improve service within the supply chain.
