I began my career in contract security in a sales position with Metro Cleveland Security in 1994. I was recruited to The Antares Group in 1996 to run their security division, Royce Security Services. As Division Manager I had full operational control as well as P&L responsibilities. In my first 24 months with Royce, I reduced operating expense by 25 percent and increased revenue by 40 percent. In November of 2001 I made an asset purchase of the Royce Security division from The Antares Group. Today we employ over 800 security officers throughout Ohio with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and Toledo, as well as Detroit Michigan and Rochester NY. In August of 2013 we entered into the technical side of the security market with our acquisition of Metro Safety and Security in Dublin Ohio. Through this division we are now able to offer our clients alarm systems, access control, fire safety equipment, camera and monitoring equipment and other life safety products.
