I provided data on each player and each game through pre-season and the start of the 2013-2014 season covering specific areas the coach requests, however keeping a consistent format to compare statistics of each game.i also developed programs for players who asked for help in areas of bio-mechanics in sprinting technique, strength and conditioning, reaction training, testing and core strength sessions that are also used during training. i also worked with the coaches to help work out a layout of training in relation to stretches, work rates etc. i took warm ups for the team now and again, and with help introduced an ice bath to the club with help to provide an understanding of why it is useful to the players and coaches.
