My role as an intern in paediatrics involves seeing children and their families in an outpatient setting at the Wellington regional Hospital. I complete psychological/neuropsychological assessments and offer brief interventions for mental health difficulties which arise in the context of a general health condition.

• Honours: Studied cognitive neuropsychology under Dr. Carolyn Wilshire.Honour's thesis involved developing a theoretical framework for understanding and assessing cognitive flexibility in clinical populations (i.e. brain injury)• Masters of Science:Studying cognitive and affective neuroscience under A/Prof Gina Grimshaw. MSc thesis currently investigating the link between heart rate variability and self-regulation, using lab threat-exposure paradigms in human participants, measuring ECG data and self-reported mental processes and emotions.
