I represent Sare Plastics of Alliance, Ohio as Business Development Manager. Although the Plastics Industry is still relatively new to me (nine years), dealing with customers and customer service in particular is not. Having served as a Project Manager in Industrial Construction and Maintenance for many years, manufacturing processes and participating in finding solutions along side my customer is also familiar territory. To be effective in any business, we must first be able to sell ourselves and the services we provide and then turn that into successful partnerships with our customers. I have taken pride in being able to develop long term relationships by providing my customers with great service, through trust and integrity, and continue to live by that philosophy at Sare Plastics. Business and how it is often conducted can change but that is something that for me will not. Prior to joining Sare Plastics, I was a Project Manager / Regional Manager / Estimator in the Construction Field having extensive experience with Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Construction. I've been involved with projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $500 Million and have directly managed projects valued at nearly $40 Million. In addition to my construction experience, I have experience earlier in my career with Land Surveying, Real Estate Sales & Investment, Oil & Gas Exploration/Drilling/Investment, and Coal Mining. Outside of my career, I'm involved with my wife in our Church and Community including helping with the First Town Days Festival and Summer Showcase Concert Series at Tuscora Park in New Philadelphia, Ohio. I served 6 years on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Festivals and Events Association which represents and promotes nearly 80 annual events in the state of Ohio each year.On a personal note, my faith and my family are the most important parts of my life. Our faith keeps us centered and strong. Our children (eight plus at least a few more that claim us) are our pride and joy.
