I was set a task to work alongside the different hubs from the different sectors within the company, providing solutions to become more productive and streamlined across them all. I was then asked to look at other teams across finance and provide insight on how to increase efficiency and help to iron out any functional issues. I spent time with different teams, such as tax, transversal finance, management accounts, financial accounts, insurance and risk, learning about the functions of these teams and learning how to apply what I’d learnt.
