Pine Cove Crier Creek is a summer family camp serving 32 families each week. The director is responsible for all operational functions of the summer program including but not limited to managing a three person full-time team year, hiring and training approximately 100 summer staff, supervision of operations of the camp (including approximately 200 acres and 20 buildings), managing the budget for all summer expenses, and evaluating and consistently improving the camper experience.

Pine Cove Silverado is a summer camp serving approximately 240 boys and girls ages 2nd grade to 5th grade. The director is responsible for all operational functions of the summer program including but not limited to managing a three person full-time team year, hiring and training approximately 130 summer staff, supervision of operations of the camp (including approximately 20 buildings), managing the budget for all summer expenses, and evaluating and consistently improving the camper experience.

Primarily, I helped build new indoor rock climbing structures including "themed kids climbing" walls and traditional rock climbing walls. In addition, I trained visitors in rock climbing safety and occasionally limited climbing technique.
