• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational programs, initiatives and processes to drive engagement and shape a more dynamic and innovative workplace culture. Implementation of these programs has resulted in an increase in overall engagement and retention. • Responsible for the student life portfolio, supporting residence operations that include over 20,000 students living in residence communities across Canada. Campus Living Centres is the largest operator of student housing in Canada. • Manages a team of two corporate support units (Residence Life and the Student Experience and Sales and Marketing). • Direct oversight of two residence operations and indirect oversight of five regional directors and associated operations, providing support specifically related to residence life, student services/support and client relations. • Development of the annual Symposium on Mental Health and the Student Experience hosted each year by Campus Living Centres, bringing together CLC staff with our institutional partners to discuss best practices and approaches to the myriad of topics, trends, and issues related to student mental health and the college/university experience. • Experienced at forecasting, preparing, and implementing budgets for various departments and projects. • Design, development, and delivery of an extensive company-wide training portfolio with initial emphasis on emerging leaders, leadership approach and identity, new leader assimilation, and ongoing leadership and personal development learning opportunities.• Creation and implementation of corporate core values (Lead. Serve. Engage.) with the goal of re-shaping company culture while improving employee engagement in the process. • Creation and implementation of a company-wide conference focused on interdisciplinary learning opportunities, leadership development, and a platform for staff generated innovations called the Incubator Project.
