As the founder, president and CEO of the organization, I set the vision and tactically work with the executive officers and board members to execute on organizational priorities.

- Growing and cultivating a global developer ecosystem (AR)- Building Facebook's augmented reality Programs (Spark Partner Network and etc.) to engage with top Augmented Reality creators/developers and agencies in the world who build on SparkAR platform for brands, businesses and the general AR ecosystem- Establishing Infrastructure and Processes to support Programs- Working alongside XFN partners (engineering, product marketing and etc.) on GTM strategies for the developer community- Developing Facebook's AR Commerce ecosystem activation strategy and supporting scaling efforts- Creating a comprehensive AR ecosystem and business development strategy for Facebook's managed creators/developers and agencies- Pushing the boundaries of innovation of AR experiences for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Facebook Portal and Messenger by developing strategy to engage AR creators/developers- Ensuring the AR ecosystem is activated, engaged and ready to innovate with Facebook Reality Labs future technologies like AR glasses 👓 and etc.

- Supported and helped establish Facebook’s new Developer Outreach program, team and initiatives around the globe.- Launched Global Facebook Online Hackathon series to engage with developers on Wit.ai, Spark AR Platform, Messaging Platform and PyTorch.- Pioneered Facebook Developer Experts Program

Established North America Developer & Startup Programs for FacebookResponsibilities included but not limited to:- Created North America Facebook Developer relations. experience, engagement strategy- Positioned Facebook developer platforms & technologies within the technical ecosystem- Exponentially built and developed robust developer communities (Developer Circles) across North America & Caribbean- Built strong partnerships and relationships with key entities & technical community leaders within the developer community, including the Open Source community to impact the broader technical ecosystem

Program Manager Evangelist/Community Program Manager for the Southeast and Western Regions of the United States building while growing the Developer Ecosystem through the Microsoft MVP program and Microsoft Regional Director Program. Managed 400 Microsoft MVPs and RDs across both regions with the mail goal of supporting the growth of Microsoft Azure within the Cloud and AI organization.

Technical Account Manager within the Microsoft Services Premier and Enterprise business division. Manage a portfolio of 12-15 customer accounts/contracts as the primary point of contact within Microsoft for enterprise service delivery, consulting and strategic planning for mid to Fortune 500 companies. - Served as the primary Microsoft relationship management contact responsible for managing the customer relationship, advisory and service delivery of all Microsoft products for Premier contract customers. Acted as a customer advocate and strategic partner for key customer issues and product feature and support issues. - Responsible for the delivery and management of Microsoft consulting and other service delivery on behalf of Microsoft.
