I will never give underwriters a hard time ever again. This job is great but it is not easy. Very detail oriented work. I underwrite loans for our correspondents from all over the country. Self Employed borrowers, every tax schedule there is; s-corp, sched. c, partnerships, k1, etc. Properties, multi unit, condos, and some crazy ones at that, co-ops, million dollar homes. I research appraisals, which I really enjoy. I received lending authority up to 417K and I am studying to get my DE designation.

This position was strictly a Business to Business sales job for international and domestic freight movement. I started into this industry with zero experience in the shipping business and within two years, increased the companies profits by 20%.
