As Business Development Consultant for Stroma my remit was to maintain contact with major Irish Developers, Contractors, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Management firms to sell Airtightness Tests, Design Reviews, Design Workshops, Firestopping and Membrane Sealing services, server & comms Room Integrity Testing and so on, primarily for major commercial buildings. The principal services Stroma provides are related to energy modeling and energy conservation for large buildings.

The prime market for Beckinridge is delivering tailored and focused training into the corporate market. The training portfolio has three divisions, Management Training, Sales Training and Technical Training. As BDM I kept contact with major Public and private companies, selling all three training portfolios. Courses were usually 1 to 3 days in duration. Longer courses could be split to suit key personnel working on mission critical projects.
