Responsible for all information technology initiatives supporting the world's number one manufacturer and distributor of commercial wall coverings, wall protections syetms and industrial films.

Leads an IT group responsible for the implementation of supply chain solutions utilizing Manhattan Associates PkMS warehouse management system and EDI communications.Evovled IT group from an internal staff/support organization utilizing outside resources for customer implementations into a profit center accoountable for all facets of new client istallations.

As Vice President of MIS for Cole National Corporation, a $1.1 billion publicly traded retailer of prescription eyewear and personalized gifts, I directed a staff of 120 and managed a budget of $25 million. My organization provided information technology resources to all of the Cole companies and their 2500 outlets throughout the United States. While at Cole I built and directed a team that completely replaced their old mainframe systems with new, state of the art distributed ERP systems that will support their operations, including e-commerce for years to come. This complete renovation of the systems infrastructure reduced IT expenses by over $2 million/yr and operating expenses by over $3 million/yr. I was the principle driver and high level architect of this complete renovation effort.
