- Responsible for creating and maintaining systems to track and report the performances of salespersons and Lucid centers, as well as working with the Executive team to develop structures to grade the performances of the different departments of the company, as well as managing interns.- Work with the Marketing Department and the IT Department to develop new systems which could more accurately and robustly track performance data by developing automations without human error.- Assist the Managerial team by harvesting and analyzing sales data, and presenting finding in easily understandable and meaningful ways
