Responsible for the project of co-location with power at a towerco in Myanmar.- Be involved in Project Management works, technical planning and coordination, CX and O&M activities. - Manage daily CX and O&M activities of sites via Out-Sourced Service Providers. Update and report to stakeholders.- Check and review the Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) and vertical space offered, co-location application, RFAI notification.- Validate all critical CX and O&M milestones, such as SKOM, TSSR, RFAI, Site Audits, towers load, Q.A./Q.C, EHS, and variations.- Interact with Customers, vendors and staff for site access approvals. Ensure compliance to EHS policy at site level.

Responsible for the projects of Electro-mechanical field, Data Center and infrastructure for the Telco's network such as foundations, machine rooms, facility, transmission devices, optical-fiber cable, generator, battery, solar power.- Prepare detailed Project Plans and be involved in Project Management works, technical planning and coordination. And familiar with the complete project cycles, including requirements determination, resource scheduling.- Ensure project objectives are achieved and projects move forward in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.- Leading multi-disciplined infrastructure, M&E/facility, QA/QC.- Cooperate with Power Company to connect the grid power to sites.- Prepare training documents for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Train the technical staffs in theory and practice at the workshop and the sites. Monitor the maintenance activities and be involved as an inspector about infrastructure, electro-mechanical devices. - Cooperate with the warehouse to prepare and synchronize the spare parts for installation, maintenance and correction.- Monitor and report site performance for KPI/Uptime, equipment downtime, incidents.- Operate the Company Workshop to maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment. • Projects:- Data Center: 1 site, 1.4MW equipment's load- Transmission Main nodes: 27 sites- Access layer sites: 558 sites- Solar power sites: 148 sites- O&M Electro-mechanical works: 585 sites
