Joe is also a procurement buyer for capital equipment across the Mediclinichospital group of more than 152 hospitals including Namibian based hospitals. Joe has vast experience in vendor sourcing, vetting including BBBEE criteria,contracts and negotiations and monitoring vendor performance against SLA’s. Managing procurement spend in-line with hospital’s capex budget.
