Joe is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) Lieutenant Colonel with an extensive background in Special Operations and Intelligence. During the Gulf War 1990-1991, he was a unit member and staff officer of 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force). After 9/11, he served in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq as a Special Forces Private Military Contractor from 2001-2010. Upon his return from the Middle East in 2010, he worked in the Pentagon as a Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide lessons learned before returning home to Pasadena, Texas. In 2011, Joe used his experience in Iraq and Afghanistan with fellow warriors to establish and direct the Regional Intelligence Center (RIC) located within the Pasadena Police Department as part of the Department of Homeland Security mission in southeast Texas. As the Regional Intelligence Coordinator from 2011-2019, he became a TCOLE Instructor and his unit supported over 20 local Law Enforcement Agencies on counterterrorism, intelligence fusion, analysis and training. For his body of work on the ground in Operation Iraqi Freedom, OperationEnduring Freedom and the Regional Intelligence Center he was inducted into the US Army’s OCS Hall of Fame in 2018. Today, he is the CEO and Founder of Jaguar Six.Jaguar Six specializes in leadership, security and intelligence training and assistance to corporate, LEA, military and education clients. A Veteran owned and operated business, all company members served in either or both Afghanistan and Iraq, or supported the conflicts as Blue or Gold Star family members. Jaguar Six especially looks for Vets who are now in Law Enforcement. With both a local and international reach, all members of the company are experienced professionals, TCOLE Instructors and subject matter experts in their respective fields of Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence and Health Services Education.
