After selling SuperiorReview to a private equity group in May of 2017, I retained a Consultative role for 2 years to ensure a smooth transition for our corporate and law firm clients. Supportive contributor to transition vendor relationships to ensure continuity of service to our valued clients.

After purchasing a majority interest in this well-respected document review company, I secured Minority Business Enterprise certification and focused on growing the company's Fortune 50 client base. Supported by a strong management team, our business development and client retention were so strong that we worked on national and international matters for the world's largest corporations and their counsel. We were eventually successful in selling to a private equity group that was able to take the company to the next level.

Led and contributed to igniting the launch of State Farm's multicultural/Diversity and Inclusion (Hispanic) programs in Dallas. Successfully managed the following areas: multicultural marketing, public affairs, community relations, ERGs, and media relations.Collaborated with executives, senior managers, multi-division departments and our Washington, DC Public Affairs team to identify and then participate in community engagement experiences. Deep dived with executives who handled agency sales and multicultural marketing to develop a plan, target organizations in communities and communicate to our employees and agent opportunities to engage and give back in our communities.Ensured engagements aligned with the company’s stated goals for automotive, bicycle, and car seat safety, as well as financial education.Built relationships with targeted non-profits whose missions covered education in distressed communities.
