He is also responsible for the overall clerking of Chambers, in particular the practice management of the senior Queen’s Counsel, this includes fee negotiations, work allocation and practice development.Furthermore, Joe is responsible for the general administration of Chambers which includes; Clerks, Finance, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Facilities and secretarial staff.
