My balanced approach ensures that operational efficiency, sales momentum, and financial stability are always in harmony, driving sustainable growth and profitability.This ability to drive change and foster growth was significantly influenced by my extensive experience in the financial services industry, beginning in 2007. Through a diverse range of commercial banking experience, I built expertise in obtaining senior debt financing (working capital, acquisitions, and restructuring), risk & cash management, international banking, and guiding strategic dialogue around ownership and liquidity events. Throughout this journey I have built a reputation as a trusted advisor to middle market clients, assisting them through various corporate lifecycles.Outside the office I am an active participant in a number of professional and civic organizations within the Tampa Bay area. I currently serve as the President of the Economic Club of Tampa, the Development Committee for the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, the Campaign Cabinet for the Suncoast United Way, and am a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. I previously served on the Finance Committee with Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas, the nominations committee and Finance Chair for South Tampa Fellowship, and was a founding member of the Rays MVP awards luncheon hosted by the Clutch Hitters of Tampa Bay. I also previously served as Director and Treasurer for MyChoice Counts, a local non- profit.
