• Manage and supervise a team of 120 people to maintain the day-to-day Operations including inbound processing, testing, Order fulfilment, order processing and outgoing shipments to distribution centres• Collaboration and active engagement within cross functional groups comprising Sales, Engineering, QA, IT , Finance, Procurement , Planning and Logistics team to crunch and analyse data reports , set, align and achieve commercial and financial goals • Planned, forecast and managed Business Unit budget and expenses• Drove continuous process improvements to meet and excel business performance including cost, turnaround time, service level performance (SLA) , quality and all other KPI metrics• Regular engagement with client to discuss and update on business performance including collaborative efforts to explore opportunities for further improvement • Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Package with both client and management team• Lead and organize new business setup from NPI stage, UAT testing to low volume manufacturing environment• Regular engagement and communication with sister sites to share and leverage site’s best practices• Participate in RFQ projects and pre-sales support activities when call upon
