I have experience with automation installation, start-up and debug. I gained some experience with industrial food preparation during my employment with Kraken Electric Ltd. where I completed the cooker start-up and system calibration for the new cookers installed at General Mills in Toronto. I have worked factory maintenance, construction and factory equipment installation. I have a valid industrial electrician license and experience programming PLC and CNC controllers. I have a valid passport. The positions which I have held, have required me to work individually and within groups at customer sites, attend planning/open issue meetings, and to supervise and/or perform the necessary work to install and start-up equipment. Supervised subcontractor’s operations, validated work times and organized delivery dates of required materials. I have build custom machines at my employer plant using blue prints and schematics and used my own creativity to modify the equipment to remedy any defect or last minute customer requests. I have very good hardwiring debugging ability, which has helped me with new installations and factory maintenance. I can organize and plan in advance of work for smooth completion of work and then complete necessary paper work of the job. During the majority of my employment, I have been doing the work with manager tasks added on. Working with word and excel to create documents, open issue lists and maintaining documentation of installations. I can perform as a manager or job leader but have spent most of my employment as a hands on worker with additional duties.Specialties: PLC programming and hard wire debug.
