Manage a small team of designers while providing creative oversight on client projects, including strategy development, user experience research and execution and ongoing consultation. Lead designer on two of the agency’s largest clients responsible for ensuring consistent brand identity across all digital properties. Work cross-functionally with other internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of client projects.•In partnership with the project team, help document and define clients’ business objectives, brand, consumer and competitive landscape, strategies and project features•User testing wireframes and visual representations•Help lead, conduct and analyze stakeholder interviews•Prototype key user flows and interactions•Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members•Oversee hiring and training for department•Leverage an understanding of technology, user interface design, and visual design in leading a project’s creative team to generate an effective range of designs/layouts for all elements of the creative solution, both digital and physical, that address program objectives, and are visually appealing and motivating.•Work enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other team members, understanding how the account operates as well as other team members’ roles and responsibilities across the account.
