Overseeing all operations within the RuggerEds master franchise in Sheffield, whilst also working closely with Directors on franchising both Nationwide and Internationally.

Working closely on the everyday running of the master franchise in Sheffield, which currently runs over 20 sessions in 13 schools, 2 Rugby clubs and private sports facilitators around Sheffield. Also heavily involved in coaching the coaches and developing an ever expanding team at RuggerEds. Whilst also working beside company directors on franchising nationwide and ensuring every franchise delivers the same quality of coaching on every session.
